Made-to-Order Candles:
All candles are poured fresh upon order. Please allow 4 business days for processing before shipment.

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Payments must be completed online via the payment gateways offered at checkout.
5. Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are shipped via our trusted logistics partners. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Refunds are only processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged item claims and must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
- Essential oils and reed diffuser oils are non-replaceable. Refund only.
- No product exchanges are offered.
